Location : Near London Liverpool Street
Salary : £27,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£40-60k OTE in your first year)

About You:

• Graduates from 2024 or individuals with up to 12 months of experience in sales or business development (experience is a plus, but not essential!).
• Ambitious and eager to take control of your career progression.
• A people-person who enjoys building strong relationships.
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving personal and team goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant , you will have full ownership of the recruitment process, including:

• Business Development : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the tech industry. Negotiate contracts, pitch our services, and provide insights into market trends.
• Candidate Engagement : Build a network of senior tech executives and help them find their next career opportunity. Utilize tools like CRM, LinkedIn, Job Boards, and more to source top talent.
• Account Management : Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, guide candidates through the interview process, and ensure a smooth, successful experience for both sides.
