About the Role

We are looking for a Pricing Manager / Analyst to join a global industrial equipment manufacturer. This role is hands-on and strategy-driven, focused on building pricing models, analytics frameworks, and systems to drive revenue and margin growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimise pricing models across products and customer segments.
  • Develop analytics frameworks to measure and improve pricing effectiveness.
  • Analyse the impact of pricing on revenue, profitability, and margin.
  • Build and enhance pricing tools and processes, including Salesforce and Oracle CPQ.
  • Collaborate with commercial, sales, finance, and product teams to drive pricing initiatives.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management, ideally in B2B manufacturing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with pricing models, analytics, and frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle CPQ.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable pricing strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
