About the Role Our Client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded UA Performance Marketer to lead user acquisition activity across EMEA.
This role will focus on scaling paid acquisition for clients in the fast-growing online casino, sports betting and i Gaming sectors.
Based from a London office, you will manage performance campaigns across major self-serve and programmatic advertising platforms, including Meta, Google and Apple Search Ads.
You will be responsible for planning strategy, managing budgets, optimising campaigns and using data to drive measurable growth.
What You’ll Do Strategy Planning Define and execute user acquisition strategies aligned with business and partner goals.
Plan channel mix, budgets and performance targets.
Identify growth opportunities, new channels and testing priorities.
Support the wider team with market insights and performance recommendations.
Campaign Execution Optimisation Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and other networks.
Own creative testing, bid strategy, targeting and campaign optimisation.
Troubleshoot underperformance and scale successful campaigns.
Test new audiences, creatives, landing pages and acquisition channels.
