Our Client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded UA Performance Marketer to lead user acquisition activity across EMEA. This role will focus on scaling paid acquisition for clients in the fast-growing online casino, sports betting and iGaming sectors. Based from a London office, you will manage performance campaigns across major self-serve and programmatic advertising platforms, including Meta, Google and Apple Search Ads. You will be responsible for planning strategy, managing budgets, optimising campaigns and using data to drive measurable growth.
What Youll Do
- Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute user acquisition strategies aligned with business and partner goals.
- Plan channel mix, budgets and performance targets.
- Identify growth opportunities, new channels and testing priorities.
- Support the wider team with market insights and performance recommendations.
- Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and other networks.
- Own creative testing, bid strategy, targeting and campaign optimisation.
- Troubleshoot underperformance and scale successful campaigns.
- Test new audiences, creatives, landing pages and acquisition channels.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track performance against CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention and payback targets.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse campaign data and translate results into clear, actionable insights.
- Use performance trends to recommend improvements and future testing plans.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to align campaign activity with client goals.
- Share insights on creative performance, audience behaviour and channel efficiency.
- Support cross-functional planning across marketing, analytics and partnerships.
What Youll Need
- Proven experience leading user acquisition strategy and scaling performance marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and other UA channels.
- Strong understanding of down-funnel metrics, including CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, retention and LTV.
- Good knowledge of marketing technology, particularly tagging, tracking and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Agency or multi-market experience would be a plus.
- Casino, sportsbook or wider iGaming experience is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
