Job Description

Our client is a highly successful global igaming brand, looking to hire a Senior Executive to join their Paid Social team in London, to support the continued growth of their online casino and bingo brand across international markets.

The position is performance-driven and requires a strong analytical mindset, with a focus on using data to inform decisions and drive results.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate campaign performance into clear insights, contributing to strategic discussions and continuous improvement across campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded marketer to further develop their expertise within a key marketing discipline in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Manage accounts across multiple markets, covering reporting, optimisation, and delivery of brand, retention, and acquisition campaigns.

Lead on the creation of advertising assets, budget allocation and audience targeting.

Coordinate with different teams including Marcomms and Design, to develop campaigns and produce creative.

Maintain and update performance data using Excel as part of daily and monthly reporting.

Measure campaign performance against CPA and CLV targets across both lower-funnel customer acquisition campaigns and upper-funnel campaigns, which are evaluated on softer metrics.

Work closely with the data team to ensure optimal tracking setup including implementing tracking links and landing pages to ensure all published ads are fully functional.

Contribute to wider marketing discussions, ensuring campaign performance and insights are clearly communicated and inform decision-making.

A candidate who is looking to fulfil bigger ambitions working within Paid Social, building on their skillset in preparation for a senior role.3+ years experience in a Paid Media role, ideally within Paid Social, with a strong understanding of how performance campaigns fit within broader brand marketing.

Strong understanding of user journeys and landing page optimisation, with the ability to distinguish high-performing creatives and campaigns using key performance metrics.

Familiarity with digital tracking, attribution, and reporting tools. however, candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of i Gaming products (casino and/or sports betting), including target audiences, regulatory considerations, and promotional compliance requirements.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e. g. formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and strong working knowledge of Power Point and Word for reporting and presentations.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid work model 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
