The role of Brand Social Media Manager is pivotal in enhancing and optimising social media activities across key markets, including the UK, Canada, and Spain. This position involves campaign analysis, calendar tracking, content creation, and technical support. The ideal candidate will possess an organised mindset and a robust technical skillset, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the UK content calendar is delivered as planned and correctly formatted.
- Provide technical support for social media platform features and tools, liaising with support and tech teams.
- Manage both on-profile and off-profile content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
- Lead new campaigns, including influencer and UGC social media marketing campaigns.
- Maintain the team’s content tracker and update monthly spreadsheets for quarterly reports.
- Collaborate with the data marketing team to optimise tracking links and landing pages.
- Understand and integrate overseas market nuances into marketing strategies.
- Review competitors for insights and present quarterly findings to stakeholders.
- Work with internal creative studios and external freelancers to develop monthly content.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Experience running influencer and UGC social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and reporting.
- Confidence in pitching new ideas and tools to team members.
