You will own performance planning, forecasting, target-setting, reporting, measurement, cross-channel alignment and continuous improvement, while enabling channel specialists to deliver strong results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Channel Managers to set, track and challenge KPIs, budgets and commercial outcomes.
  • Drive a joined-up digital ecosystem, ensuring channels understand their role in the customer journey and the impact of attribution and investment decisions.
  • Lead cross-channel testing, optimisation and innovation, sharing learnings across markets.
  • Identify opportunities through technology, automation, AI, CRO, landing-page improvements, offer testing and other high-impact initiatives.
  • Ensure channel plans align with market priorities and wider business objectives.
  • Planning, Forecasting, Reporting & Measurement
  • Support the Digital Director with annual, mid-year and ongoing performance planning and forecasting across markets.
  • Own agreed performance targets, monitoring delivery and constructively challenging plans or results that are off track.
  • Lead monthly performance reporting, highlighting results versus target/budget, key drivers, risks, opportunities and actions.
  • Establish efficient central planning and reporting frameworks, including master media plans, budget/run-rate tracking and consistent market documentation.
  • Coordinate Performance QBRs and senior reviews, ensuring discussions are insight-led and actions are delivered.
  • Develop and improve measurement frameworks covering attribution, incrementality, MMM, funnel analysis and dashboarding.
  • Partner with BI, Analytics and Technology to improve data agility and reduce manual reporting and decision-making delays.
  • Full-Funnel, ATL, Brand & Creative Alignment
  • Develop a full-funnel framework across Brand, Performance and Retention, aligned to shared business objectives and success metrics.
  • Connect ATL, Brand and Creative activity with Performance channels to maximise demand generated by ATL investment.
  • Ensure ATL plans, timing and messaging inform Performance activation and optimisation, while Performance insights feed back into Brand and ATL planning.
  • Work with the Director of Social to define the role, objectives and measurement of Brand Social and upper-funnel digital activity.
  • Assess the relationship between ATL investment, digital activity, brand demand, acquisition and retention.
  • Operations, Leadership & Collaboration
  • Support the Digital Director in leading and coordinating the Performance function, creating clear priorities, accountability and ways of working.
  • Prioritise cross-channel and cross-market initiatives by business impact and reduce duplicated effort.
  • Improve processes, governance and ways of working to increase efficiency.
  • Act as the central coordination point across Performance, ensuring teams understand initiatives, dependencies and testing opportunities.
  • Support coaching and development of Channel Managers, strengthening capability and accountability without unnecessary micromanagement.
  • Identify resource, capability and structural gaps and help evolve the Performance function.
  • Own agreed cross-functional initiatives, ensuring blockers have clear owners, actions and escalation routes.
  • Stakeholder, Platform & Change Management
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Markets, Brand, ATL, Creative, Retention, BI/Analytics and Technology.
  • Influence and constructively challenge stakeholders to ensure robust forecasts, targets and commercial performance.
  • Translate data, market developments and channel insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Represent Performance in senior discussions on measurement and data-led decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform, agency and technology partners, sharing opportunities and best practice.
