Role Requirements

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman on high-end residential projects

• Strong carpentry background, with hands-on capability

• Extensive experience in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry

• Ability to manage and motivate trades on site

• Ensure quality, programme, and health & safety standards are maintained

• Liaise effectively with site management and subcontractors
