As Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee on-site delivery of maintenance works, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You\’ll work closely with operatives, subcontractors, and residents to maintain high service standards and timely job completion. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring productivity and effective resident/customer communication * Monitor subcontractor work, ensuring adherence to job specs, timelines, and KPI targets * Resolve resident/customer queries or concerns * Maintain high quality of completed works and timely delivery * Coordinate operatives and assist with appointment planning * Prepare paperwork including risk assessments, method statements, and toolbox talks * Attend scheduled meetings with management * Conduct pre-inspections and submit timely reports (48hrs for standard work, 24hrs for complaints/emergencies) Requirements: * Experience in the repairs and maintenance sector * Previous supervisory experience on a maintenance site * Full, clean UK driving licence If you’re motivated, organised, and ready to lead in a fast-paced environment — we’d love to hear from you.
