We are looking for a Scheduling Manager to work for a Tier 1 contractor within Social Housing / Property Services with the skills needed listed below. You will need Scheduling managerial experience dealing with performance, disciplinaries & appraisals. Scheduling and FM experience on hard services is also a must.
Scheduling Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage all resource planning activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Enable K.P.I’s to be met weekly by ensuring all jobs and appointments are met
- Check K.P.I performance weekly and analyse service failures to implement solutions
- Attend meetings as requested and deliver service updates to your team at your internal meetings
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures at all times
- Assisting with people management issues
