About Us
GNA Group is an established construction recruitment business supplying temporary and permanent personnel across the UK. We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Blue Collar division. Previous recruitment experience is preferred; however, we are equally interested in driven individuals with strong communication skills, a great work ethic and a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment.
The Role
Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing candidates for temporary and permanent construction vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening construction candidates
- Managing candidate registrations and compliance checks
- Using job boards, databases and recruitment tools to identify talent
- Updating and maintaining our ATS/CRM system
- Formatting CVs and preparing candidate submissions
- Supporting consultants with live vacancies and candidate bookings
- Lead generation and market research
- Occasional site visits and PPE deliveries
What We're Looking For
- Recruitment experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
