Resident Liaison Officer

You’ll be the key contact for residents, supporting them through repairs and maintenance, and ensuring their experience is a positive one. Key Responsibilities * Attend resident surgeries and keep residents informed * Organise consultation events and attend meetings * Identify and report resident vulnerabilities in collaboration with housing officers and internal teams * Manage complaints and enquiries (including MPs and Councillors) promptly and professionally Requirements * Experience with vulnerable individuals and in customer service * Full, clean driving licence * Flexibility to travel and attend evening meetings Join Us If you’re empathetic, proactive, and passionate about making a difference—we’d love to hear from you.
