Quantity Surveyor

Cheltenham Full-Time No home office possible

As the Quantity Surveyor on Internal Refurbishment, predominately K&B\’s, you will tender, estimate and measure onsite.

Measure and prepare cost estimates for contracts and tenders, highlighting any risks and solutions
Prepare budget cost value reconciliations, identifying commercial risks and opportunities to ensure correct contract planning
Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure productivity targets and contract milestones are agreed
Build strong client and supplier relations
Take purchase, credit and debtor responsibility using COINS
Complete and analyse weekly reporting from site has adequate cost information
Produce monthly contract valuations.

Salary: £54,500
