Multi Trader - Cambridge
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our Repairs & Maintenance team working on social housing properties in Cambridge and the surrounding area.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out multi-trade works, focusing on carpentry, plumbing, tiling and plastering for repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Work on void and occupied properties to a high standard
- Assist with general maintenance tasks such as plastering, tiling, and decorating
- Complete job sheets, reports, and relevant certification
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Must have own tools /van & fuel card will be provided
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in Social Housing / Repairs & Maintenance
