We're looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across Planned Works, Voids, and Responsive Maintenance. Working in both occupied and void properties, you'll aim for first-time fixes while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out multi-trade repairs (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, basic brickwork)
- Support void refurbishments and planned works programmes
- Attend responsive maintenance jobs and diagnose faults efficiently
- Complete job records using PDA/mobile systems
- Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and conduct risk assessments
- Work flexibly and support apprentices where required
About You
- Experience in multi-trade repairs within social housing or maintenance
- Qualified in at least 1 core trades
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Able to pass DBS
