Work in full compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Carry out maintenance and repair tasks at height (using ladders, scaffolding) and in confined spaces
Maintain and manage your toolkit to a high standard
Complete accurate paperwork and digital records (including PDA database updates)
Assess required works, materials, and associated costs
Deliver high-quality workmanship across all assigned tasks
Requirements
Full, clean UK driving licence ( essential )
Excellent attention to detail ( essential )
Strong commitment to health and safety standards ( essential )
Proven experience in general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and painting ( essential )
