We are looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across Planned Works, Voids, and Responsive Maintenance. Working in both occupied and void properties, you will aim for first-time fixes while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out multi-trade repairs (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, basic brickwork)
  • Support void refurbishments and planned works programmes
  • Attend responsive maintenance jobs and diagnose faults efficiently
  • Complete job records using PDA/mobile systems
  • Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues

Salary: £38,000 Basic Salary
