Location: London (Multiple Positions Available Across Locations: East, North, South and West)
Salary: Up to 38,000 + company vehicle & fuel card
We are partnering with a reputable Property Maintenance Contractor operating in the Social Housing sector to hire a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson for their projects across London
In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing residential properties, delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to health, safety, and regulatory standards. Your daily responsibilities will include performing a variety of maintenance tasks, managing multiple jobs efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service to residents in the properties you service.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson in social housing or a comparable setting. Familiarity with Schedule of Rates is advantageous (SOR Codes).
- Trade qualifications in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with digital tools, including PDAs and job management software.
- Readiness to undergo a DBS check, with no unspent criminal convictions.
- Valid UK manual driving licence.
