We're looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across Planned Works, Voids, and Responsive Maintenance. Working in both occupied and void properties, you'll aim for first-time fixes while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out multi-trade repairs (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, basic brickwork)
  • Support void refurbishments and planned works programmes
  • Attend responsive maintenance jobs and diagnose faults efficiently
  • Complete job records using PDA/mobile systems
  • Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures and conduct risk assessments
  • Work flexibly and support apprentices where required

About You

  • Experience in multi-trade repairs within social housing or maintenance
  • Qualified in at least 1 core trades
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Able to pass DBS
