We are currently seeking a Health & Safety Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of dynamic projects in construction, social housing, commercial, and manufacturing sectors. This is a remote-based role with occasional travel to our head office in Maidstone and site visits as required. Key Responsibilities: * Provide health and safety advice and support across multiple projects and sectors * Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments * Develop and implement H&S policies, procedures, and documentation * Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions as needed * Ensure compliance with relevant H&S legislation and best practices * Prepare reports and recommendations for clients and internal teams Requirements: * NEBOSH Construction Certificate (ideally) or equivalent qualification * Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in construction * Proven experience across a mix of sectors (construction, housing, manufacturing, etc.) * Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally What We Offer: * Competitive salary of £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience * Remote working with flexibility * Ongoing professional development and training * Supportive and collaborative team environment
