We’re looking for an Experienced Supervisor to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across Void Properties in your assigned area. You’ll manage Trades and Support staff for your contract while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-trade repairs (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, basic brickwork)
- Support void refurbishments and planned works programmes
- Complete jobs to a high and professional standard
- Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and conduct risk assessments
- Work flexibly and support staff where required
About You
- Experience supervising multi-trade repairs within social housing or maintenance
- Ideally from a hands-on Trades background
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- SSSTS Certificate
- Clear DBS
