We are a national maintenance and refurbishment provider supporting clients across social housing, healthcare, defence, leisure, heritage, commercial, and education sectors. We deliver responsive repairs, planned maintenance, compliance, decarbonisation, and refurbishment services through a UK-wide operational network.
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Midlands. The successful candidate will support live social housing maintenance frameworks delivering planned maintenance, void refurbishment works, and other refurbishment projects. This is a commercially focused role operating within a Schedule of Rates (SOR) environment, supporting the effective commercial management of planned works and void programmes. The role involves surveying, scoping, measuring, valuing, and commercially managing works across live framework contracts, with a strong focus on Schedule of Rates pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out site surveys and assessing planned maintenance and void refurbishment works.
- Reviewing tender documents, pricing works, and submitting competitive tenders.
- Preparing scopes of works, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Measuring, pricing, and valuing works using NHF and other bespoke Schedule of Rates.
- Reviewing variations, identifying commercial risks.
