We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance operations across multiple housing and property sites in London and surrounding areas. This is a key supervisory position responsible for ensuring all electrical works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard across responsive repairs, planned works, and compliance programmes. You will lead and support electrical operatives while ensuring all works meet current regulations and organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) programmes
  • Supervise communal lighting maintenance and repairs
  • Manage void property electrical works
  • Oversee reactive and planned maintenance (R&M) activities
  • Ensure all remedial works are completed correctly and on time
  • Provide technical support and guidance to electricians
  • Ensure full compliance with current wiring regulations and safety standards

Requirements

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (essential)
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (essential or highly desirable)
  • Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or senior electrician role
