We are looking for a Voids supervisor to work within Social Housing / Property Services to carry out works for Residential properties on voids.
- Day-to-day Voids supervisor of the contract dealing with residents, customers and ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently.
- Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work given.
- Attend regular weekly/bi-weekly meetings with your line manager.
- Repairs and maintenance Industry.
