We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance operations across multiple housing and property sites in London and surrounding areas. This is a key supervisory position responsible for ensuring all electrical works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard across responsive repairs, planned works, and compliance programmes. You will lead and support electrical operatives while ensuring all works meet current regulations and organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) programmes
- Supervise communal lighting maintenance and repairs
- Manage void property electrical works
- Oversee reactive and planned maintenance (R&M) activities
- Ensure all remedial works are completed correctly and on time
- Provide technical support and guidance to electricians
- Ensure full compliance with current wiring regulations and safety standards
Requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (essential)
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (essential or highly desirable)
- Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or senior electrician role
- Strong background in domestic or housing maintenance environments
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
