We’re currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing team delivering a large-scale social housing refurbishment programme across Chester and Stoke. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of site operations, leading teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality internal and external refurbishment works.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Working closely with site teams and subcontractors, you’ll play a key role in planning works, maintaining standards, and driving performance across a busy capital works programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site teams to deliver refurbishment projects safely and efficiently
- Manage subcontractors and site resources
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
