Working with one of the UK’s leading property service partners to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors. To be responsible for all commercial activities within the Central Voids Division. Working with the Divisional Manager and Contract Management. Due to the number of individual clients involved, this role requires a high level of organisation, focus and time management to ensure all contracts are commercially managed correctly.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate preparation of weekly / monthly reports both internally and to Clients.
  • Working with operational teams to improve performance and enhance margins.
  • Working where required with the Divisional Team in developing the strategy for future business.
  • Supporting where required in pricing of Tender opportunities.
