The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver cladding, externals and façade packages on projects based in Norwich and surrounding areas. You will take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive salary, and the chance to work on technically challenging façade and external works.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of site activities related to cladding, façade and external works
- Managing subcontractors, site operatives and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards
- Coordinating works to meet programme and budget requirements
- Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings
- Liaising with clients, consultants and project teams
- Maintaining accurate site records, reports and documentation
- Managing snagging, handover and completion processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within cladding, externals or façade projects
- Strong knowledge of façade systems (e.g., rainscreen cladding, EWI, curtain walling, roofing or similar)
- SMSTS (essential)
- CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)
- First Aid qualification
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to travel as required
