We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team, working on social housing repairs and maintenance projects across East London and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and minor installations within occupied social housing properties
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently and safely
- Completing all work to a high standard in line with current regulations
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients
- Accurately completing job reports and compliance documentation
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (BS7671) qualification
- Clean UK driving licence
