We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter / Multi Trader to join our team covering Guildford and surrounding areas. You’ll be working on occupied social housing properties, carrying out day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance.

Key Duties

• Carpentry repairs (1st & 2nd fix)
• Basic multi‑trade work (e.g. patch plastering, minor plumbing, tiling)
• Completing jobs to a high standard in tenants’ homes

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as a Carpenter/Multi Trader
• Background in social housing or reactive maintenance preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Good customer service skills
