Qualifications Requirements (Essential)
- Proven CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out experience
- Strong Cut & Carve project background
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid at Work
- Black or Gold CSCS Card
- Experience working for a main contractor on commercial projects
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site management of commercial fit-out works
- Managing subcontractors and site programmes
- Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme delivery
