We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work for a social housing main contractor, covering projects across Cambridgeshire. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term, stable work for the right candidate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance within social housing properties
- Completing a range of multi-trade works to a high standard
- Working independently across multiple sites within Cambridgeshire
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative
- Carpentry-biased or Plumbing-biased (essential)
- Experience working within social housing
- Clean, full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach
