GN Wellsprings Care Services Ltd is a trusted, CQC-regulated adult social care provider. We're seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Live-In Carer to support an individual in their own home with daily living, enabling them to maintain independence and a high quality of life.
Rota Pattern
One week on (live-in), one week off
During your off week, home care (bank) shifts are available if you'd like additional hours
Private accommodation and meals provided throughout your live-in week
Weekly rate, based on experience
Full paid induction and training provided
Private room and meals included during placement
Responsibilities
Provide personal care with dignity — including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition
Support medication administration in line with the client's care plan and our medication policy — full training provided
Support mobility and transfers using trained, equipment-assisted moving and handling techniques
Offer companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities to promote wellbeing
Maintain a clean and safe home environment, in line with health and safety standards
Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervising manager
Drive the client to appointments or social activities when required
