As part of a two-person team, you’ll travel between sites in a company van, helping to keep our customers’ outdoor spaces looking their very best. This is an active, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in a job well done.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Enjoys physical, outdoor work in all seasons
- Is reliable, hardworking, and has a positive, can-do attitude
- Has a keen eye for detail
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Can travel to and from our depot near Romsey
Typical Duties Include
- Lawn maintenance (mowing, strimming, edging, spraying)
- Maintaining planted beds (weeding, planting, hedge trimming)
- Supporting general grounds upkeep across various sites
No Experience? No Problem
Previous experience isn’t essential — we provide full training, including:
- PA1 & PA6 NPTC spraying licences
- First Aid certification
