Jabra is seeking an organised, collaborative Marketing Manager to plan and deliver integrated marketing activities across the UK & Ireland. You will help build customer demand, partner engagement and brand awareness for Jabra’s professional portfolio.
In the role of Marketing Manager in the UKI Enterprise Marketing team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will turn regional and global marketing priorities into effective local campaigns, events and partner programmes that support business growth. This position is a 12 month parental leave cover.
The Team you will be part of: The UKI Enterprise Marketing team supports the commercial organisation through marketing programmes that connect customers, partners and Jabra’s professional solutions. We work across digital channels, partner networks, events and customer engagement activities. We are a collaborative team that values clear planning, shared ownership and quality outcomes. You will work closely with Sales, Product, channel partners, distributors, agencies and global marketing colleagues to deliver relevant and measurable activity for the UK & Ireland market.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with UKI business priorities and local customer needs.
- Adapt and activate global marketing initiatives across digital, partner, channel, event and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, approvals and communications to ensure activities are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Deliver joint marketing initiatives with distributors, resellers and strategic partners, including enablement programmes, webinars, incentives and events.
- Support the planning and delivery of customer and partner events, trade shows and industry activities, including logistics, communications and follow-up.
- Manage campaign plans, activity trackers, purchase orders and marketing spend, maintaining accurate records throughout.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads and marketing metrics, sharing reporting and insights to improve future activity.
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- Bring experience delivering multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, events or partner marketing programmes.
- Are skilled at planning and organising multiple activities, stakeholders and deadlines in a changing environment.
- Communicate clearly and work well with internal teams, external partners and agencies.
- Bring a customer- and partner-focused approach, with an interest in demand generation and marketing performance measurement.
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM or marketing automation tools, and are willing to learn new systems where needed.
