Channel Sales Support Coordinator – Deal Registration Lead (UK&I Channel)
Your role is to own and drive the end‑to‑end deal registration process, support channel partners with pricing and commercial enablement, and ensure a seamless partner experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end‑to‑end deal registration process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a smooth partner experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for deal registration queries, supporting partners and internal teams with clear guidance.
- Track and manage deal opportunities from submission to close, maintaining a reliable single source of truth.
- Ensure pricing alignment and support pricing requests, working closely with Sales, Finance and Distribution.
- Manage claims, rebates and reporting, ensuring data consistency across systems.
- Provide day‑to‑day sales support, including CRM updates, deal coordination and commercial support for opportunities.
- Manage NFR requests, sample units and support partner campaigns and incentives across the channel.
- Support onboarding and enablement of new partners, helping them understand tools, processes and programmes.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, channel operations, bid desk or a coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with pricing and data accuracy.
- Working knowledge of deal registration, pricing frameworks or rebate programmes.
- Confidence using CRM systems (Dynamics experience is a plus).
- Comfortable working with pricing processes, deal structures and approvals.
- Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting and data management.
- Ability to manage high volumes of activity and prioritise effectively in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong communication, comfortable engaging internal teams and external partners.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience with the IT/UC channel, or working with distributors and resellers.
- Experience with partner portals and digital enablement platforms.
- Experience with pricing governance or deal desk environments.
