You speak Amazon fluently. The website, the mobile app, and the platforms behind the scenes. You know what it takes to make a customer hit the famous ‘buy now’ button. At Jabra (part of the GN Group), we want an Amazon Content Specialist to improve our Amazon content and create a new benchmark for our premium audio and video products. You know the platform’s quirks, shortcuts, and best‑practice hacks — Vendor/Seller Central, A+/EBC, Brand Stores, PDPs, search optimization, and how content needs to be shaped when a new market goes live.
You’re equal parts strategist and doer: you can write SEO‑smart product copy, brief a designer for scroll‑stopping A+ modules, and get stuck into localizing content for multiple markets without losing the brand vibe. You’ll join the Global Amazon Center of Excellence team, consisting of 4 skilled individuals, reporting to the Head of Marketing. We cultivate a supportive, collaborative culture and cohesive working relationships. The Jabra culture is upbeat and positive. We approach problem‑solving with a ‘glass half full’ attitude. We’re independent, but we also know when two heads are better than one. Our leaders encourage, our teams work closely together, and we value the strength of collaboration at all levels of our organization.
You’ll help to organize and create Amazon product content and Brand Store creative for Jabra across new and upcoming market places. You’ll optimize existing PDPs, lead new‑market content rollouts, produce and commission high‑converting A+ creative, and advise on advertising creative so paid and organic feel like the same story. You’ll work cross‑functionally — marketing, e‑commerce, sales, agencies — and measure everything.
How you’ll contribute:- Optimize product detail pages (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend search terms) and continuous optimization for conversion and organic rank.
- Build, refresh, and manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content and Brand Stores that convert and reflect Jabra’s brand tone.
- Oversee content setup for new markets: map content to local requirements, manage templates, coordinate translations/localization, and ensure timely launches.
- Translate product features and technical specs into benefit‑led copy tailored to Amazon shoppers.
- Brief and collaborate with creative designers and external agencies to produce imagery and video for PDPs, A+, and store pages.
- Provide creative guidance for Amazon advertising assets to ensure on‑platform creatives align with PDPs and drive better CTR.
- Use analytics (Brand Analytics, Retail Analytics, A/B testing, third‑party tools) to identify content opportunities, measure impact, and iterate.
- Maintain content governance and version control: templates, naming conventions, and a playbook for future market launches.
- Act as the internal authority on Amazon content—educate team members, establish best practices, and resolve platform challenges.
- Practical experience managing product content on Amazon (Vendor Central or Seller Central) for a consumer/B2B tech brand or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to create A+ content and build/manage Brand Stores.
- Comprehensive understanding of Amazon’s indexing, search term strategy, keyword placement, and how content impacts organic rank and conversion.
- Experience launching content in new markets (localization workflows, translation management, legal/compliance considerations).
- Comfortable briefing and reviewing creative (images, infographics, short product videos) — you know what converts.
- Experience working with Amazon advertising teams or briefing ad creative for Sponsored Products/Brands/Display.
- Basic graphic design skills (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator) or ability to create quick mock‑ups.
- Familiarity with third‑party Amazon tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Familiar with Amazon’s compliance requirements.
- Outside your industry experience, we imagine that you’ll bring a data‑driven mindset, using analytics and A/B testing to validate what works and optimize performance.
- Your written English is advanced, and you can confidently adapt tone and messaging to different buyer personas.
- You also excel at project management, handling multiple listings, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively to deliver results.
