Role Overview
As Executive Assistant, you will directly support the founder in daily operations, communication, and project coordination. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Drafting and editing professional English business documents, emails, speeches, and reports
* Coordinating schedules and communications with investors, suppliers, and partners
* Supporting project management, meeting notes, and key task tracking
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as document filing, travel planning, and prep work
* Optionally supporting social media content planning and preliminary copywriting
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has excellent English fluency (spoken and written), capable of drafting formal communications and participating in meetings
* Possesses strong time management, interpersonal skills, and cross-cultural awareness
* Is proficient in office software (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Notion / Gmail, etc.)
* Has 1+ year of experience in an assistant or administrative role, preferably in a startup or project-driven environment
* Is a quick learner with self-motivation and can adapt to a dynamic work pace
Bonus Qualifications:
* Prior work experience, especially in bilingual (English-Chinese) environments
* Interest in health & wellness, consumer brands, or technology-driven products
