We are expanding our contract team and we are looking for a Contracts Officer to be involved with the Procurement and Purchase department of GMV. The successful candidate will support the selection and negotiation of contracts and agreements with GMV partners for different business opportunities.
WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
- Preparation, review and negotiation of terms and conditions of business agreements with customers and partners (Contracts, NDA, MOU, etc.).
- Support the projects and proposal managers to resolve contractual issues during project execution and proposal preparation.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
- With 2 - 5 years background and experience in Commercial Law practices, especially in international commerce.
- Preferably with a Degree/Master in Law.
- Experience within business administration and accounting practices.
- Excellent command of English written and spoken, specifically in the applicable professional fields of the vacancy.
- Empathy and good negotiation skills.
- We will also value a good command of one or more additional EU languages (Spanish, German, French, etc.) especially in the applicable professional fields of the vacancy.
- Knowledge of the Space sector or similar industrial backgrounds.
