The international audit team has a proven track record of developing talent, with many team members moving into senior finance, commercial, and operational roles across the business The Role: Global Internal Auditor Reporting to the Audit Director and working as part of a large, collaborative international audit team, you will deliver financial, operational, and compliance audits across the group. You’ll assess risk, evaluate internal controls, and provide insights that help drive performance and strengthen governance. Key Responsibilities • Conduct financial, operational, and project-based audits across multiple international locations • Evaluate internal controls and ensure robust processes are in place • Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, offering financial insight and guidance • Produce clear, well‑structured audit reports and documentation About You • Degree educated with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or European equivalent) • Ideal for a newly or recently qualified ACA / ACCA who is looking for their first move out of practice • Willing to travel internationally up to 50% (mainly short‑haul Europe, with occasional long‑haul trips) • A second European language—French, Spanish, German, or Italian—is beneficial but not essential • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) • Confident, proactive, and enthusiastic • Highly organised, adaptable, and detail‑oriented • Eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career within a global organisation Benefits • Competitive salary • Discretionary bonus • Car allowance • Private healthcare • Pension scheme • 25 days’ holiday This is an exceptional opportunity to join a respected global business, gain international exposure, and influence change on a worldwide scale.
