Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Fire and Security Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on life safety and security systems across residential and commercial sites in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, intercom, CCTV, and intruder systems
- Complete service reports and compliance documentation accurately
- Respond to callouts and fault-finding requests as scheduled
- Ensure compliance with BS 5839-1, BS EN 62676, and related standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and the office team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fire and security system maintenance
- Knowledge of leading manufacturers (Kentec, Advanced, Paxton, Hikvision, etc.)
- Full UK driving licence is preferred
- ECS or equivalent certification desirable
- Right to work in the UK
- Clean DBS is a must
