Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Fire and Security Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on life safety and security systems across residential and commercial sites in Central London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, intercom, CCTV, and intruder systems
  • Complete service reports and compliance documentation accurately
  • Respond to callouts and fault-finding requests as scheduled
  • Ensure compliance with BS 5839-1, BS EN 62676, and related standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the office team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in fire and security system maintenance
  • Knowledge of leading manufacturers (Kentec, Advanced, Paxton, Hikvision, etc.)
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clean DBS is a must
  • Company vehicle
  • Training and certification support
