We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable 7.5t driver to join our Service Delivery Operations Team. This position is perfect for an experienced driver who is comfortable with long-distance driving, as routes regularly run in and around London. As a 7.5t driver, you will play a key role in safely transporting customer documents, providing excellent service, and ensuring that all information is tracked, checked, and protected at all times. Key Responsibilities- Carry out safe, careful handling of customer records and ensure compliance with all operations procedures.
- Collect and deliver customer documents according to company policies, always driving to the highest standards and obeying all traffic regulations.
- Record, store, retrieve, and process customer files, boxes, and documents in line with KPIs.
- Maintain clean, hazard-free warehouse and working areas.
- Wear company uniform/PPE and professionally represent the Restore brand.
- Follow all Health & Safety, Information Security, Site Security, and Environmental procedures.
- Report incidents or near-misses immediately to your line manager.
- Complete any required compliance or H&S training.
- Treat company property with care and complete any required DBS or security checks.
- Follow operating procedures and seek authorisation for exceptions.
- Provide excellent customer service and adhere to KPIs and customer promises.
- Communicate any delays or schedule changes while driving.
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report faults.
- Complete paperwork accurately and follow documented processes.
- Assist with scanning, loading, and unloading of delivery vehicles when required.
- Ensure all customer information remains secure and confidential.
- Carry out any additional duties requested to support operational performance.

- Experience as a 7.5t driver or similar commercial driving role.
