PAYE: £12.25 per hour | 40 hours per week
Start Time: 8:00am | Full-Time (net take home pay approximately £480 per week based on 40 hours)

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable 3.5t driver to join our Service Delivery Operations Team. This position is perfect for an experienced van driver who is comfortable with long-distance driving, as routes regularly run in and around London.

As a 3.5t driver, you will play a key role in safely transporting customer documents, providing excellent service, and ensuring that all information is tracked, checked, and protected at all times. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out safe, careful handling of customer records and ensure compliance with all operations procedures.
  • Collect and deliver customer documents according to company policies, always driving to the highest standards and obeying all traffic regulations.
  • Record, store, retrieve, and process customer files, boxes, and documents in line with KPIs.
  • Maintain clean, hazard-free warehouse and working areas.
  • Wear company uniform/PPE and professionally represent the company brand.
  • Follow all Health & Safety, Information Security, Site Security, and Environmental procedures.
  • Report incidents or near-misses immediately to your line manager.
  • Complete any required compliance or H&S training.
  • Treat company property with care and complete any required DBS or security checks.
  • Follow operating procedures and seek authorisation for exceptions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and adhere to KPIs and customer promises.
  • Communicate any delays or schedule changes while driving.
  • Perform vehicle safety checks and report faults.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and follow documented processes.
  • Use the O'Neil system correctly.
  • Assist with scanning, loading, and unloading of delivery vehicles when required.
  • Ensure all customer information remains secure and confidential.
  • Carry out any additional duties requested to support operational performance.
