Experienced Recruitment Consultant

GMS International Resources is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year's recruitment experience to join our growing team in Beckenham.

Whether your background is in healthcare, nursing, transport, logistics, driving, industrial or another recruitment sector, we'd love to hear from you.

This role offers genuine career progression, ongoing training, and the opportunity to develop into a senior, sales-focused consultant managing key client accounts.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
  • Building and managing candidate pipelines
  • Speaking with candidates and clients daily
  • Managing existing client relationships
  • Supporting account management
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Working towards achievable targets

  • At least 1 year's recruitment experience
  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
