We are seeking dedicated ADOS clinicians who share our core values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness to join our growing team. All Psicon associate ADOS clinicians will need to hold HCPC registration and can be from any of the following clinical backgrounds: Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out high-quality ADOS assessments, as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young people.
- Effectively communicating with neurodiverse children and young people and their families, as well as internal and external staff.
- Produce high quality, detailed reports in a timely manner.
What We Are Looking For
- A high level of clinical skills as evidenced by peer review and ADOS reports.
- Evidence of incorporating Psicon’s core values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness into their work with others.
- Holds the ADOS-2 certification.
- Ideally experience across all ADOS modules including Bosa.
- Willingness to work flexibly across a range of clinic models, venues and days of the week in our Canterbury Clinic.
- Good communication skills and level of IT literacy.
- An interest to advance professionally as evidenced by attendance and contribution to the Psicon Reflective Practice Meetings and ADOS Q&A sessions, ADOS reliability meetings, and/or other CPD events within their professional clinical practice.
