An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) or Trainee Solicitor with at least 12 months’ experience in Wills and Probate to join a busy and growing Private Client Department in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Solicitor looking to qualify into Private Client, a newly qualified Solicitor looking to establish their career, or an experienced Solicitor with up to three years' PQE seeking a supportive and forward-thinking firm where they can continue to develop. Working alongside experienced Private Client specialists, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and develop strong client relationships across a varied range of matters, including: Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Inheritance Tax planning Asset protection and succession planning Providing high-quality, client-focused legal advice Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships You will benefit from early client exposure and responsibility, whilst receiving support and guidance from experienced colleagues as you continue to develop your technical and commercial skills.
