The role leads a busy laboratory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, overseeing testing, sampling and compliance with food safety standards, while developing the team and implementing improvements.
You will work closely with Technical and Production teams, manage QA processes, and drive continuous improvement in testing accuracy and efficiency.
