This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to take ownership of a varied caseload, work closely with an established client base and play an active role in the continued growth and development of the Commercial Property department.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied and interesting caseload, providing high-quality, commercially focused advice to a diverse range of clients:
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Property finance
- General commercial property transactions and advisory work
Key responsibilities include:
- Independently manage a varied and complex commercial property caseload.
- Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage matters efficiently, ensuring deadlines and financial targets are met.
- Maintain accurate time recording, billing and work-in-progress management.
- Participate in networking and business development activities.
- Support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision:
- A qualified Solicitor with solid Commercial Property experience.
- Interested in business development and building long-term professional relationships.
- Committed to delivering a high-quality service and contributing to the wider success of the firm.
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000, depending on experience. Hybrid working following successful completion of probation. A varied and high-quality Commercial Property caseload.
