An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their well-established and highly regarded law firm, who have an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional legal services to businesses, developers, investors and private clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to manage a high-quality and varied caseload while becoming an integral part of a collaborative and forward-thinking Commercial Property team. Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you will advise on a broad range of complex commercial property matters, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused solutions while building long-term client relationships.
You will be responsible for managing your own diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive a professional, commercially focused and responsive legal service:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals.
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and licences.
- Property finance and secured lending transactions.
- Development and regeneration projects.
- Portfolio management and asset transactions.
- Advising clients on complex property matters, identifying legal risks and providing practical commercial solutions.
- Maintaining accurate time recording, billing and financial management of files.
As an experienced member of the Commercial Property team, you will also:
- Assist with supervision, knowledge sharing and team development.
- Participate in networking and business development activities.
- Contribute to the continued growth and profile of the Commercial Property department.
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with significant Commercial Property experience. Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Commercial Property transactions. Commercial awareness with the ability to deliver pragmatic, business-focused advice. An interest in networking and business development, with the ability to nurture and develop long-term client relationships.
